When the chain moves, the scraper pushes the material forward along the chute, thereby achieving material transportation.

The manufacturing process includes steps such as cutting, forging, machining, heat treatment, welding, shot blasting, and painting. The heat treatment process often adopts intermediate frequency furnace quenching treatment to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the chain.
